Bayview Bocce Garden: Color, Culture & Conservation

A thirsty lawn was transformed into a Tuscan-inspired bocce ball court and drought-tolerant garden overlooking the San Francisco Bay. Framed by vibrant, low-water plantings and a central fountain, this landscape design blends Mediterranean elegance with sustainable practices. The project earned a $2,000 Marin Water grant for its innovative lawn-to-garden transformation.
